My real estate agent took the last month rent from my tenant as the commission. This means that I won’t get the last month rent when the lease is up. Is this how it works? I always thought that the tenants pay for the fees. In this case, I am paying for it.

How do relocation real estate buying programs work?

So we’re interested in buying this house. However, there’s an agreement by the seller with a relocation real estate company, to buy the house from them if they can’t sell it after a period of time. We found out we made an offer that is lower than the relocation company. So are we working with the seller or the relocation company? And is this not worth it? Seems the relocation company did not incorporate the expected decline in home prices. It needs a lot of upgrades and needs some repairs too — the reason our offer was also agressive. Any thoughts? My main question is, how much money is typically needed to really get going? I live in Georgia, and am pretty sure that the cost of the license is $170.00, and the test is $70.00. I’ve heard that in-person classes range from $700.00-$1000.00, while online classes go between $300.00-$500.00, and that you shouldn’t take the online classes. If someone could elaborate on this, it would be much appreciated. Also, a ballpark estimate of how much money would be needed for other fees that pop-up, such as advertising yourself. I live at home with parents currently, so living expenses would be minimum. Any information would be much appreciated.

How many real estate signs can be posted on one property? I have been directed in many directions that have led me down a dead end. The Dept of State told me to call the Association of Realtors. The Association of Realtors said that they would call me back (but have not). The Dept of Transportation does not get back. I have three real estate signs next to me. One sign obstructs my view to get out of my driveway. I have asked to have this moved and they move it a foot left to right but not out of my view. I have 0% visibility here and need the sign moved to removed. The later is preferable, because I think that three signs is excessive for this house (which is spectacular I might ad). The multiple signs cheapen it. What are my options here? I am looking at an accident in my near future.
