How do you discover these properties without paid subscriptions to these cheesy websites? Does it cost to attend the auctions? Are these cash deals only or can they be financed? Real Estate is always one of the MOST profitable business in town. During recessions real estate is doing bad, however otherwise, if you know how to do it, then it is very profitable. So why don’t we ever see a real estate mogul become the RICHEST man on Earth? We see many real estate billionaires, like Donald Trump, Donald Bren, Samuel Zell etc. but yet none of them become the richest man in the world… What stops them from becoming extremely rich like Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, or Carlos Slim Helu?
I just got my real estate license and I have found a broker to hold it. I only plan to do about 2 transactions a year. Is it worth it to continue to be a licensed agent for my transactions or should I just find an experienced agent in the future? I work full time and I plan to do about 2 renovations a year.
