If you can get or have your Real Estate license and sell real estate but don’t really want to, or the market is slow, what other good jobs can you do or get from this experience that don’t necessarily have to do with sales?
Work in a Real Estate office as secretary?

I am interested in a career in real state but I am not the pushy sales type (I’ve worked in car sales and hated bugging people to buy when it wasn’t what they needed or wanted). How much of real estate sales is based on your aggressive sales skills and how much is due to the property and understanding what your customer wants of needs?
and why do most of them make good money? how much real estate schooling is involved?
I am currently in college and would like to obtain my real estate license. I would like to know if it’s actually possible to make money in this current market? Also, is the experience you obtain as a sales associate beneficial to a current business student?
I’d like to know what the job of a real estate sales agent consists of, what the start up costs are, and if i’m suited to actually practicing real estate.
