Secondly if you suspect them of stealing things from your property, you could do a couple things. First you could try and set them up to be caught, leave something out in a place that they would see it and after you know they have been there go and check, if its gone call the cops and report them. Or you could just tell them that you need to be present when walk throughs are done and you need your keys back. Just remember that, that is YOUR house not theirs and you are doing them a favor by allowing them to represent you not the other way around.
