I am working in real estate part time evenings and weekends. I would like to find a partner that can do the things during the day. The people in my office really don’t talk to me at all, I guess because I am new. Even when I try to talk to them the ignore me. My family and friends don’t believe in real estate as a career, they are more 9-5 people. They think that you can only make money with a stable job. What is a good way to find a partner.

unfortunately, it will have to be someone under your current broker or you will need to do a broker to broker arrangement with the other agent and his/her broker for every transaction. Either strike up a deal or partnership with an agent in your brokerage or find someone who can do this for you, get licensed and join your broker.
