The city of Manta itself is not so nice, but the surrounding areas of Manta would be excellent places to pick up beautiful
but inexpensive beachfront real estate.

Bozeman Mt Real Estate Listings
I’m not a fan of Manta….I prefer Salinas/Playas, BahÃa de Caraquez , and Esmeraldas.
Keep in mind that they will be a bit more expensive since they are more touristy and much nicer/safer.
