it is that simple.
Atty Dara owns rentals too and he is a broker
and attorney.
they get paid when you put down a deposit
on an apt.

Boston Condos
Google the New York Post, Thursday’s edition. Condos and coops for the city are listed with the name of broker handling the deal. If you see something you like call that broker. Checking weekly will give you a good idea of prices and what is available citywide.
