Where can I find a real estate lawyer in Arizona?

I am located in the Phoenix area(Queen Creek). I want to rent my house, but would like to consult with a lawyer who deals with the real estate. Does the lawyer set up contracts for me? What would a lawyer run me to set up contracts for my rental?

You do not need an attorney to make a contract for you. You would need to contact the local Apartment Housing Association. This association is set up to assist landlords. They have many forms you would need such as rental/lease contracts as well as eviction notices used locally.

You would be required to pay a monthly or yearly dues. This might be tax deductible on your federal income tax

What you need is patience and lots of common sense.

They also have monthly meetings to keep you abreast of the latest trends in local real estate renting. They also would have an attorney that would give you vanilla legal advice.

An attorney would make you a rental contract and each time you need rental information you would need to make an appointment to see your attorney and this would cost you.

Attorneys will do anything you want them to do, they charge by the hour even if their legal assistant do all the work.

If there is something that the association can not help you with legally there are members there that could give you a referral to an attorney they use.

For all tax and legal matters you should always contact your tax consultants and attorney.

I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.
