Cliff Koh is a Director (Secretariat) of the Group. In his role, Cliff brings substantial international management experience accrued in Singapore and other developing countries in Southeast Asia to the Group. He plays a role in supporting the growth of the Group. Cliff graduated with an accountancy degree in Singapore and is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Edward Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Prince Real Estate Group, with a proven track record in operations management of fast-growing companies and groundbreaking projects.

He has two decades of experience in real estate management across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. A decade of his experience was spent in Vietnam driving revenue-generating activities via long-term investment plans, as well as project concept developments across Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia and San Francisco. He has a strong network of local and international real estate stakeholders, ranging from local investors to international hotel operators, F&B franchises and branded entertainment service providers.

Edward is a Singaporean, having served his national duty in the Republic of Singapore Air Force and completed his Post-Graduate Certificate in Brand Development at Guangdong Baiyun University, Guangzhou.
