1. Receive and handle customer complaints, apply for repairs, and follow up the implementation, and keep the record in files.
2. Issue payment notices of property management fees, electricity bills, water bills, etc.
3. Handle all kinds of applications from tenants, and refer the works to relevant departments in a timely manner.
4. Receive customer suggestions and comments, and effectively provide feedback to relevant departments.
