In December 2018, the structure of Prince IT Building, a mixed-use IT headquarters base, was finished.

In March 2017, Prince Modern Plaza construction started.

In June 2019, Cambodia International Convention Center construction broke ground.

In March 2020, Prince Holding Group donated US$500,000 in cash to the Cambodian Prime Minister's Office; donated more than US$600,000 in anti-pandemic materials to the Samdech Techo Volunteer Youth Doctor Association (TYDA).

In May 2020, Prince Holding Group donated US$50,000 to support the humanitarian work of the Red Cross Society of Sihanoukville.

In October 2020, Prince Happiness Plaza was grandly unveiled.

In October 2020, the back garden of Phnom Penh City - Prince Manor Resort held its grand opening.

In October 2020, Prince Holding Group donated US$500,000 in cash and US$133,000 of supplies to help the flood victims.
