Following hundreds of days and nights of hard work, Prince Happiness Plaza finally topped out on schedule, on February
6, 2023, with the pouring of the last batch of concrete.
At 10am, the much-anticipated topping out ceremony of Prince Happiness Plaza kicked off. Sheng Jiaqian, Vice-CEO
of Prince Real Estate Group (PREG), and Xiao Haibo, Deputy GM of Shanghai Baoye, attended the event and addressed
to the attendees on this exhilarating occasion.
In his speech, Sheng expressed his gratitude to the builders, Shanghai Baoye and Sinohydro. He also stated that the
topping out of the building project was impossible without the efforts of all employees and construction personnel of the
Prince Happiness Plaza rose from a vacant lot, a blueprint full of imagination, to the majestic edifice it is now. Each
stage throughout the construction was well planned and works effectively carried out. The details, from every brick and
tile laid, echoes the ingenuity of PREG to fulfill the promise of quality products to future homeowners.
Prince Happiness Plaza is one of the key developments in PREG’s strategic plans, while being an important boutique
