Prince Manor Resort is an integrated amusement park. The international eco-resort, launched in October 2020, is located alongside the Mekong River in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, about a 30-minute drive from downtown. The resort covers an area of 136,000 square meters and can accommodate up to 8,000 visitors. It is home to the 88-meter high "Phnom Penh Eye", the tallest Ferris wheel in Cambodia, an exciting go-kart track, large water park, eco-agricultural park, and more. In addition, the Resort provides Khmer-style chalet villas, glamping, and 4 restaurants serving Khmer snacks, BBQ buffet and tailored-made dishes for guests. The Resort integrates leisure and tourism, health and wellness and modern agriculture techniques that give Cambodians the chance to learn modern farming techniques. Visitors of all age groups will find something to enjoy at the Resort.
The Prince Manor Resort opened to the public in two phases. The first phase was officially opened on 13/04/2019 and the second phase on 07/10/2020.
The Resort features five sections: Family Fairy Park, Leisure Holiday Park, Health and Wellness Park, Forest Rhythm Park, Elite Luxury Park.
The first phase includes a variety of areas, such as viewpoints, retail shops, healthcare zones, teambuilding events, private villas etc. The first phase also has a fantastic tourism zone, riverside landscape, exotic gardens, a fun wonderland, fascinating flower sea, green forests, sunshine orchards, bustling night-markets etc.
The second phase added the 88-meter Ferris wheel, the "Phnom Penh Eye", 10,000-square-meter Prince Water Park, exciting go-kart track, and eco-agricultural park. The Resort is an integrated development model featuring modern agriculture, leisure, and tourism, and a rural community with local towns.
The Seven Attractions in Family Fairy Park are: Swing Rides, Turbo Drop, Bumper Cars, Viking Boat, Carousel, Rock Climbing, and Crazy Disco.
